Different Sanitation Practices Followed At Bakery

Sanitization has always remained an important part for bakeries. Now, in this present situation, this is even higher. With COVID-19 pandemic, bakery establishments were forced to close their door. They only kept open their takeout operations. Even now when bakery in San Luis Obispo, they still need to maintain high sanitation standards. Only then they will be able to keep everyone safe. Also, they will be able to survive in this tough situation.


Clean Bakery

Just like restaurants need to clean their kitchen-top before making order clam chowder; similarly, bakeries need to clean their establishments time to time. The workplace needs to be cleaned and sanitized. 


Employee Protection

Employees working at the bakery needs to be protected. They should be trained to wash hands after every one hour and follow all safety compliance to ensure every staff is safe.


Wash utensils and Surfaces

Care should be taken to wash utensils used for baking products like cake, pastries, bread,  and more. Also, the surface where the dough is being kneaded should be washed and cleaned. It would avoid cross contamination.
